MHouse Solutions offers a range of managed IT services that can be built into a tailored package to meet your business specific needs. MHouse Solutions has also heavily invested in a new call centre and help desk to further strengthen our support infrastructure to help serve our clients.

TRAINING

Our engineers will arrange initial training for you and your staff around the installation time to fit your schedule. The time spent with you and your staff will be assessed onsite, meaning if you require extra training, this will be arranged and provided. Further training is always available at any time from our help desk, and is not capped. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge for any training and do not limit it, allowing you to have unlimited off-site training. Please contact our help desk and quote your contract number for further information or to schedule a training session.

HELPDESK

Our helpdesk is expertly manned by our skilled support technicians, who are available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to assist you with any queries, problems or errors that you may have with your system. Remember, they are there to help you, our clients with anything you may require, whether you have trivial queries, operational queries or technical problems, they can connect remotely to your system and help get your system running smoothly - exactly the way you want.

OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT

We at MHouse Solutions, realise that your business / store runs beyond office hours. If you are a Support Customer, our out of hours support team, are available to help you if you ever find yourself in a non-trading situation. Meaning if your system is not allowing you to serve customers, you can call our support line and follow the instructions to contact the out of hours support team. This ensures that you don't miss any sales opportunities and have additional piece of mind.

INSTALLATIONS

Installations are carried out by our experienced field engineers, who will install the system in your store in a professional and non-disruptive manner. We install the highest quality of hardware, which is durable and robust as well as aesthetically pleasing.
